DOUBLE CHANCE HELP
What does a double chance bet mean?
There are 3 possible outcomes of a football match in the traditional WDW market - home win, draw or away win. The traditional market allows you to cover one of those outcomes - either a home win, a draw or an away win. The double chance market lets you cover 2 of those 3 outcomes so the options with a double market are home win or draw (also known as 1x including on our site), away win or draw (x2) or home win or away win (12).
How do I place a double chance bet on KickOff?
To back home win or draw click the odds under the “1x” column next to the appropriate match. To back away win or draw click the odds under the “x2” column, and to back home or away win click the odds under the “12” column.
To save the tip to KickOff and participate in our competitions and rankings without placing the bet with a bookmaker simply click the odds next to the KickOff logo.
What double chance stats do KickOff offer for each game?
Because of the similarities between the markets, our double chance stats work the same as our WDW stats. You can see form stats which show games won, lost and drawn as well as goals scored and conceded. You can also see xG and more detailed stats such as shots taken/conceded per game. All of these are pretty self-explanatory. One of our stats that requires a bit more info is the league table.
The double chance league table works the same way as the WDW league table. It shows both the teams in an upcoming match and their results against every other team in the league over the course of a season. The home team’s results are shown in the two columns on the left of the table, and the away team’s results are shown on the right hand side of the table. A green square indicates a win, dark grey a draw and red a defeat - light grey squares with a date written on them indicate an upcoming fixture that has not yet been played.
If you see a home team has few red squares against teams towards the bottom of the league, and they’re playing a team towards the bottom of the league, this could indicate they’re a good bet for a home win/draw double chance bet even if they have lost a lot of games to teams towards the top of the table.
What does the Pro Menu offer and how do I use it?
Our double chance Pro menu is available to Pro users only - but you can get access now with a 2 week free trial by signing up here.
With our Pro menu you can sort all matches to find the top:
. Home win/draw tips (1x)
. Away win/draw tips (x2)
. Home win/away tips (12)
With all of the top double chance tips sorted in order, it’s easy to build a winning double chance accumulator, or combine double chance tips with other markets to create a winning football accumulator.
Or, if you prefer a different route you can filter all our matches to show only those involving teams which are on long unbeaten streaks or long winless streaks. Teams on long winless streaks are perfect if you want to back their opponent to win/draw and teams who are unbeaten are great for betting on them to win or draw.
